孟宪军教授

孟宪军,男,汉族,1960年3月生,博士,二级教授,原籍内蒙古赤峰市,中共党员。1983年7月来校任教,主要研究方向为果蔬加工和功能性食品。国务院特殊津贴获得者,入选辽宁省百千万人才工程百人层次。获辽宁省优秀科技工作者、 沈阳高校优秀研究生导师、辽宁省科技特派先进个人、全国金桥农业科技服务先进个人、辽宁省高校教学名师等荣誉称号。兼职国家小浆果加工工程技术中心主任、中国农产品加工学会常务理事、辽宁省营养学会副会长,辽宁省果酒协会会长,辽宁省食品科学技术学会副理事长,辽宁省农产品加工工程技术中心主任等职务。

为本科生讲授《功能性食品》、《果蔬加工》、《食品科学概论》等课程;为研究生讲授《软饮料工艺学》、《食品分离提取技术》等课程。其中,《果蔬加工学》为学校精品课。作为主要完成人的《基于“双创”教育的食品类专业果蔬加工课程群教学改革与实践》获2018年辽宁省普通高等教育本科教学成果二等奖。主编《功能性食品》、《果蔬加工学》、《食品加工技术概论》,副主编《食品工艺学导论》、《软饮料工艺学》、《食品营养学》、《中国小浆果深加工技术》等近二十余部全国统编教材和专著。主持“十三五”国家重点研发计划项目、″十二五”农村领域国家科技计划课题、公益性行业(农业)科研专项子课题、辽宁省科学技术项目,辽宁省财政厅项目,沈阳市科技计划项目等多项国家及地方项目。科研成果获辽宁省科技进步一等奖1项,二等奖2项,三等奖4项,沈阳市农村科技推广一等奖1项。申请专利20余件,已授权专利10余件。发表论文200余篇,其中在Ultrasonics Sonochemistry,Journal of Agricultural and Food Chemistry,Food Chemistry,Journal of Functional Foods,Food & Function等国际重要期刊上发表SCI论文40余篇,其中 SCI 一区论文 15 篇,总影响因子超过100 。曾多次参加企业员工培训,对企业进行技术指导,提供技术服务。现作为村级综合服务平台项目的首席专家(项目负责人)、辽宁省科技特派团团长开展科技服务工作。
