纪淑娟,女,汉族,1960年10月生,博士,教授,原籍辽宁省新金县,中共党员。1984年8月留校任教,主要研究方向为果蔬采后生物学与贮运保鲜。曾荣获“沈阳市高校优秀研究生导师”、“沈阳市高校优秀教师”、“沈阳市五一巾帼先进个人”、“沈阳农业大学优秀博士导师”、“沈阳农业大学教学名师”,“沈阳农业大学首届我最喜爱的导师”等荣誉称号。兼任教育部高校教学指导委员会委员、中国农产品贮运保鲜产业技术创新联盟理事和专家委员会委员、中国绿色食品发展中心专家委员会委员、中国农学会农产品贮藏加工分会理事、辽宁省生鲜食品贮运保鲜安全专业委员会副主任、辽宁省园艺学会理事。
为本科生讲授“食品理化检验”、“食品专业外语”等课程;为研究生讲授“果蔬采后生理研究进展”、“食品质量控制与监测”等课程。为“食品质量与安全”教学团队负责人。主持或参与省级教改项目3项、校级教改项目10项。指导的学生1人获辽宁省优秀硕士学位论文提名奖、5人获校优秀博士学位论文、7人获校优秀硕士学位论文、22人获校优秀学士学位论文。主编、副主编或参编著作和教材12部。
主持国家自然科学基金面上项目、“十二五”国家科技支撑计划项目(子课题)、国家重点农业科技成果转化项目、“十三五”国家重点研发计划项目(子课题)、辽宁省科技攻关、辽宁省自然科学基金、辽宁省重点农业技术推广、辽宁省农业综合开发等科研课题20余项。其中主持完成的“优质南果梨贮运保鲜关键技术研究与应用”获2007年辽宁省科技进步三等奖、“南果梨常温保鲜关键技术集成与示范”获鞍山市科技进步一等奖;参加完成的项目获辽宁省科技进步二等奖2项、三等奖1项。在《Journal of Experimental Botany》、《Horticulture Research》、《Food Control》、《Postharvest Biology and Technology》和《Food Chemistry》等学术刊物发表学术论文50余篇,其中SCI JCR一区29篇、二区11篇,总影响因子169.492。被聘为鞍山市南果梨产业协会专家顾问,为鞍山市南果梨产后贮藏运输提供了技术指导和服务,受到产地相关部门的好评。
