陈旭,男,汉族,1984年2月生,博士,讲师,原籍辽宁省沈阳市,中共党员。2015年7月毕业于中国农业科学院,并于同年来校任教。为本科生讲授《食品化学》和《食品生产原料质量控制》课程,为研究生讲授《食品分析技能实践操作》和《食品生物技术专题》。主持或参与的教学项目6项。主持辽宁省教育厅青年科技人才“育苗”项目和校博士启动项,并参加国家重点研发等项目5项。在 Food Control, Analyst, Analytical method, Electrophoresis 等学术杂志发表论文20余篇,授权发明专利4项。
