白冰，男，朝鲜族，1978年7月生，博士，副教授。原籍内蒙赤峰市，中共党员。2006年7月来校任教，主要研究方向为食品化学。
为本科生讲授“食品化学”、“食品分析”等课程。其中，“食品化学”课为学校精品课及一类课，“食品分析”课为食品科学与工程品牌专业核心主干课。主持辽宁省级大学生创新项目2项，指导的本科毕业生论文获得一等奖3项，二等奖1项，三等奖2项。副主编《食品化学》、《谷物化学》、《食品安全与质量管理学》教材3部，参编《现代食品微生物检验》1部。
主持国家自然科学基金项目2项，校青年科学基金项目1项；参加国家重点研发专项课题3项、参加国家自然科学基金项目3项。其中参加的“果蔬贮藏关键技术的研究与应用”项目获2017年沈阳市科技奖三等奖。在Journal of Agriculture and Food Chemistry等学术杂志发表论文10余篇，其中 SCI一区论文2篇，总影响因子12.65。以第一发明人申报发明专利5项，授权2项，其中1项专利技术完成科技成果转化。
