
边媛媛,女,博士,讲师,中共党员。主要从事全谷物营养功能因子及花色苷细胞水平方面的研究。主持辽宁省教育厅自然科学项目1项,参与国家自然基金2项,参与科技特派项目3项。指导本科生获得国家级创新创业项目1项,参加省级食品创新大赛获得省级一等奖2次,二等奖1次,三等奖2次。
