李美琳

李美琳,女,汉族,1992年9月生,博士,讲师,硕士生导师。原籍内蒙古赤峰市,中共党员。2019年7月来校任教,主要研究方向为果蔬采后生物学与贮运保鲜,入选沈阳市高级人才,沈阳农业大学天柱山青年骨干教师。

主要从事食品质量与安全相关的教学与研究工作。为本科生讲授《食品生物化学》、《食品微生物检验》、《食品安全检测技术》等课程,参编《食品分析实验技术指导》、《食品生物化学》、《冷链食品商品学》和《果蔬加工工艺学》等教材;主持国家自然科学基金青年项目一项、中国博士后科学基金面上资助项目一项、辽宁省自然科学基金计划博士科研启动项目一项,辽宁省教育厅基本科研项目一项,指导辽宁省大学生创新创业训练计划项目一项,主持修订辽宁省地方标准一项,指导硕士研究生10名。在Journal of Agricultural and Food Chemistry,Postharvest Biology and Technology,LWT - Food Science and Technology,Scientia Horticulturae,食品科学等学术杂志发表论文 10 余篇。
