马凤鸣，男，汉族，1981年2月生，博士，副教授 原籍山西省方山县，中共党员。2015年2月来校任教，主要研究方向为生物大分子降解修饰、食品物理加工技术，沈阳农业大学天柱山英才，黑龙江省天然产物工程学会理事。

为本科生讲授《食品机械设备》、《食品工厂设计》等课程；为研究生讲授《食品物性学》等课程。主持或参与教学项目2项，主编或参编全国规划教材7部。

主持国家自然科学基金面上项目1项，哈尔滨市科技攻关项目1项，沈阳农业人才引进项目1项；获辽宁省科技进步奖一等奖1项、神农中华农业科技奖二等奖1项，哈尔滨市科技进步二等奖1项、沈阳市科技进步三等奖1项。在Carbohydrate Polymers、International Journal of Biological Macromolecules等学术杂志发表论文10余篇，其中SCI一区论文1篇、二区4篇，总影响因子19.854。授权国家发明专利6件。
