李丽,女,博士,食品学院讲师,九三学社社员,现从事浆果深加工及基础研究的教学和科研工作。主要研究方向为浆果加工关键技术及功能活性成分研究。现为国家小浆果加工技术研发专业中心、小浆果工程技术研究中心成员。主持辽宁省教育厅项目1项、沈阳农业大学引进人才项目1项、横向项目1项。参加国家“十四五”国家重点研发计划课题、国家自然基金、辽宁省科技厅项目等10余项。作为主要完成人获辽宁省科学技术进步一等奖1项,农业部神农中华农业科技奖二等奖1项。出版专著2部,教材3部。在Food Chemistry、Journal Of Agricultural And Food Chemistry、Food & Function等期刊发表SCI论文10余篇。
为本科生讲授《食品营养学》、《食品原料学》、《现代食品工业企业经营管理》等课程。指导本科生省级大学生创新创业训练计划项目2项,辽宁省普通高等学校本科大学生食品创新大赛一等奖1项,三等奖2项。
